What are some limits around assigning content to students in different locales or languages?

Currently, coaches can only assign content (videos, articles, and exercises) to students using another language or locale if that content is available in both languages.

For example, if the teacher makes an assignment using the English content on Khan Academy, students must also be using the English version of Khan Academy in order to view and complete that assignment.

Students using a non-English version of Khan Academy (for example: es.khanacademy.org), will not see the assignment.

To ensure that you're seeing content that is also available to your students, use the version of the site your students will complete the assignment in. Please use the version of the site you’d like the student to complete the assignment in. See our list of fully translated non-English languages here.
