My Notifications are blank

A few users have let us know that when they click their Notifications, messages aren't visible. 

Unfortunately there is no known workaround.

This is a problem we are having a hard time reproducing. If you are experiencing it, please send a Console report with your Help request. We'd also like to know

  • roughly when it started happening
  • if changing browser helps
  • how you are logging in (normal KA login, Google, Facebook, CLEVER...)
