Some students have been asking about what the difference is between Practice and Missions when practicing math subjects inside Khan Academy. This article will help you navigate through both of these sections.
Practice is the section located in a Unit lesson that lets you practice the exercises of a subject you're learning inside Khan Academy. Offers you additional testing to see how well you have retained what you've learned. Working on this section doesn’t affect your mission score.
Mission is the section inside Khan Academy that levels you up on skills you learned in your Unit practice section by answering problems correctly. Once you access the mission you can start working on the mastery system. The goal of the mastery system is to measure your knowledge, not the amount of time or effort you’ve spent on a particular skill.
