How do I add additional coaches for a child account?

Parent accounts have the option of enabling or disabling additional coaches to view their children’s Khan Academy progress information.  Accounts are set up to default to allow only the parent account as a coach. 

To allow for additional coaches:
  1. First login to your (parent) account and click your name at the top right. Choose "Settings" from that menu.
  2. On your Settings page, scroll down to "Child accounts" and click the "Settings" button next to your child's username:
  3. On your child's Settings page, scroll down to "Coaches" and turn on the "Can add coaches" option:
  4. Log out of your parent account (from the menu under your name in the upper right, choose "Log out").
  5. Log in to your child's account.
  6. From the top menu, return to your child's dashboard by clicking the Khan Academy icon in the upper left or the home button in the upper right.
  7. On the menu just above the dashboard click "Coaches" at the far right.
  8. In the "Add a coach" field, have the child enter the email address or class code for his or her new coach.
