You can manage your email subscription settings by clicking on the link at the bottom of every email we send, as well as from your Settings page.
Using the link at the bottom of the email
- Locate the email in your mailbox and scroll down to the bottom.
- Press the "Unsubscribe" or "unsubscribe from these emails" link. See the screenshots below, where the arrow is pointing.
These links will take you to a page where you can select the exact types of Khan Academy emails you'd like to unsubscribe from.
From your Settings
If you're subscribed to receive emails from us, you'll find this setting is enabled by a green toggle button (see image below). Underneath that toggle button, you should see your email.
To disable this, click the toggle button next to Enable email.
When the toggle button is disabled, it will appear red, as it does below.
No email address is visible. Click the button next to Enable email to re-enable it.
Disabling the General emails will unsubscribe you from all the emails from Khan Academy. However, if you scroll down in your Settings you'll find a variety of categories to unsubscribe from specific emails that you don't want to receive.
