Why am I getting all of my children's points when they add me as a parent or coach?

 

A common problem in this situation is that children or students are logging into Khan Academy using the e-mail address that was used to set up their accounts. However, that e-mail address is associated with the parent or teacher account. To get credit, they'll need to log out of your account and into their own accounts. Here are step-by-step instructions:

  1. Click your name at the top right of your screen.
  2. Click log out.
  3. Click log in at the top right.
  4. Your children can then log in using their personal Usernames and passwords.

 

If you've forgotten your children’s passwords, follow these directions to reset them.
