    Hi Jean,

I'm not aware of a resource guide for logging in, but I do have a few additional suggestions that may fix this issue.

Sometimes students have trouble using Google Accounts to sign in when there's another family member already signed into a Google account on the device they are using. The easiest way to get around this is to use an Incognito window to log in, which should prevent other Google accounts from interfering with the sign-in process.

Alternatively, you can also have the students set a Khan Academy username and password the next time they log in at school. To do this, have them go to their Settings page and set a username and password. This will allow them to login with a username and password at home instead of using the Google account. All of their progress will be saved on the same account regardless of which login method they use.

If the students are under 13 years old, they won't be able to change their own account settings. However, you can do this for them via your class page. To do this, enter the class the students are in, click the "Students" tab, and the click on a student's name. You should then see a "Settings" tab where you can modify their account settings.

Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions!
