I have both parent and teacher settings on my account, and several students. With my latest child, I've typed in several email addresses, but am not getting access to the account to reset child password.
I tried the address linked to my account, and it didn't even confirm that the request has been sent. So, I tried a different address, and it showed a confirmation on the settings page, but I never received the mail. I have used three email addresses to link as a parent, and, nothing.
I really need to change that password, it's super long!
