First time having major problems using account for this teacher - please help!

    I'm sorry that you're having these troubles! This does seem like an issue for the support team- you can contact them by submitting a support ticket here: https://khanacademy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. This will allow them to investigate your account and help you fix these problems.

    If the "Save" button isn't working when you try to create student accounts, it's likely because of a permissions issue with your account. To fix this, go to your Account Settings and make sure you have set the correct birthdate on your account. Additionally, you'll want to check the box under the "Teacher Confirmation" section.
